On 17 October, 2015, the literature and music event dedicated to the famous Ukrainian poet Vasyl Stus was organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in Finland, the Association of Ukrainians in Finland & the Association «Mova».
Guests of the event had the possibility to become more familiar with
masterpieces of Vasyl Stus: poems in Ukrainian and translated into
Russian, Finnish, English, German languages, and songs.
Writer and literary critic Mr. Dmytro Stus, who is the son of the poet, attended the event. Mr.Stus presented the lecture with Finnish translation entitled «Figure of Vasyl Stus in the cultural context of modern Ukraine».
